    How Does Yoga Mat Hire Work?

    1. Enquire below. Tell us about yourself or your company, the event you’re hosting, your dates, and how many mats you need.
    2. We’ll confirm if we have availability and send you a personalised Hire Agreement with full details, prices, and terms.
    3. We arrange delivery (quote provided). Return to be organised by you, or ask us for a return quote. Pick-up/drop-off also available from SE4 London.
    4. Use the mats, create amazing content, and return them clean and ready for their next adventure.

    FAQ

    Where are you based?

     We’re based in South London SE4. Mats can be picked up from us directly, or we can provide a quote for delivery anywhere in the UK.

    Are the mats eco-friendly?

     Yes, our mats are made from eco-conscious materials and designed to last. No PVC or TPE. They’re also patterned and colourful, adding style to any space.

     How many mats can I hire?

     We currently have approx. 30 adult travel mats and 6 kids travel mats available. All are travel size, foldable, and easy to transport.

    Is there any wiggle room with the hire period for delivery and return?

     Yes, we allow a little flexibility around your hire period. For example, a day hire includes a day either side for delivery and return, so you’re not paying extra just for shipping days.

    Do I need to clean them before returning?

     Yes, mats must be returned clean and ready for reuse. At minimum, please lint-roll, wipe down and spot clean them. If returned heavily soiled or not in a suitable condition, a cleaning fee may apply.

    Can the mats be used outdoors?

    Yes, if used outdoors, they must be cleaned before return. If very muddy, they will need to be washed properly before sending back.

    Can I get a discount code to share with attendees?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to set up a special discount code for your students or guests to include in gift bags or share at your event. Just let us know if you’d like this added to your hire package.

    Does the content need to be professionally shot?

    While professional photography is ideal, it’s not essential. We simply ask for high-quality photos or video footage, something you’d be happy to share yourself, so we can create reels, posts, or stories to showcase your event and our mats.
